  • Absolutely terrible company to have to deal with. Waited three and a half hours for a tow that never showed up. They sent a roadside assistance truck instead of a tow truck for the first time. Then sent the tow truck to the wrong place twice. After that I had their tow driver call me and then hang up when he got irritated and flustered when I called him out on taking so long and driving past me twice. These jokers cancelled my tow with my insurance company and refused to tow my vehicle because they couldn't get their own act together and actually find and address with their GPS. If your insurance company sends you to these people, ask for someone else. If you need a tow, take your chance with someone else. A couple good reviews don't outweigh all the negative ones that have the same stories.
