  • Literally the worst decision I've made this week! I showed pictures and specifically asked for COLOR. Not toner! I had white hairs that I needed covered. The sole reason for my visit. She used toner. Turned my hair orange. And tried to tell me my white hairs weren't there. Lady I'm not blind! Let me not forget that after she teased my hair to bleach it. After she washed it. She went in to yank my hair out. She was brushing teased freshly bleached and wet hair with literally nothing. She put absolutely no product in my hair. It's called detangler and it's $5. Buy some instead of yanking your customers hair out like that.
