  • I visited this smiths tonight grabbing a few last things for the holiday and weekend. I want to start off by saying I normally go to the smiths on Sahara and Nellis just because their customer service is awesome. This particular night I was in a rush and it is closer to home. I stop by the deli department and asked the woman if she was still cutting sandwich meat she said yes. She Continued cleaning and did not come back to take my order so I asked once more just to make sure she could take my order. The woman asked me my order and was just very rude. So I took upon to ask if they we're closing woman said yes we close sooner now. I did apologize for coming near closing as I was unaware. Woman was so rude and unprofessional to be honest I wanted to leave the meat there and walk out and go elsewhere but I really needed it. Woman stated I should have came before 8:00 because they start cleaning. And it was an inconvenience for her. Woman had such a bad attitude with me other customers were commenting about her attitude and walked away from the line. I will not be returning to this smiths. I'd rather drive a little further where I know I'd get good customer service.
