  • I wanted a sculptured Blue Owl Cake that two other bakeries had said could not do. I called Carl's about a week in advance and was promptly told it was no problem. I sent them a photo of an earlier version which they exceeded by replacing the fondant with various shades of blue. The cake was scrumptious, everyone loved it. I would recommend them without hesitation.
