To anyone thinking about flying with this airline I advise you do not. I am sitting here in the plane waiting for them to fix a mechanical problem. How incompetent can a company be?! They have everyone board and now try to fix the problem?
Also, this is my first time flying with them. I normally fly Virgin, but thought I'd save a little money since this is a last minute flight. Flying from LAX to Arizona we were told we were on time, but when we got closer that story changed and we were told that we would miss the connecting flight to Oregon and have to wait 3 hours for the next flight. The sad part about this is that they didn't even apologized but we rude about it. I'm so shocked at all the unprofessional people who work for this company--- no "we are sorry" or "is there anything we can do to make your trip better?" Or even any comps.
As I sit on this plane waiting to return home, I am angry and disappointed because none of the flight attendants apologized or even walked around to offer people any water for waiting. This company gives America a bad name and should be put out of business, because even the flight attendants of Spirit airlines are much nicer! Thank you for ruining both my round trip flights American Airlines.
