I went to Lowes to have a water heater installed. The installer was supposed to bring the water heater with them for the estimate and did not and i had to go to the store and get it myself. I set up an appointment to have it replaced on Monday, January 4th. After two phone calls and a no show by the installer, I finally received a call from the installer telling me that I had to set up an appointment through Lowes. I then spent an hour and 15 minutes on hold before giving up. After three calls in the morning and another hour and a half on the phone to the Huntersville location and being redirected to corporate install services, I finally got in contact with the store and the installer to set it up. The manager on the conference call, Jennifer, was not helpful at all.
