I called on Friday to make an appt for my daughter for Sat for a cut and color. When we arrived on time the stylist advised that we were booked incorrectly and was only put in for a cut. She asked would we be willing to come back at 3pm. She apologized and said there has been some booking mistakes. We knew it wasn't Emily's fault. We returned at 3pm and could see that Emily was only starting to dye a customer's hair. I went to the receptionist to find out what the story was. She first said that we had been double booked and then she said Emily had told us the wrong time to arrive. No apologies at all. I said after 2 mistakes I wasn't going to sit there.
My main issue was the receptionist (long brown wavy hair) not only was her attitude not geared towards customer service. She made the mistake of giving me a dirty look which I could see in the window reflection as I was leaving. I was not impressed with the front desk at all. I know what double booking means. Don't blame the stylist or the customer for your screw up!
