  • The worse customer service I've received at a gym. If you are looking for a gym in Tempe, avoid this place at all cost. I workout at one of the other locations in Scottsdale and I get a drink every time. At the Tempe location they charged me more than double and when I brought it to their attention the front desk, Chloe, was extremely rude and had a mean girl attitude. Then the assistant manager said the Scottsdale location is doing it all wrong. Then the manager, Carissa, gave the explanation that, "different locations charge different prices." Why is the same local company charging different prices for the same exact thing?
