  • Don't be put off by the fact that it is in a casino. I end up in Henderson from time to time. The guys I work with laugh cuz I could eat here every day and night. The jambalaya is off the hook. The Etouffee' is rockin'. I think the chef's name is Kevin. Same guy as 4 years ago. He puts together a delectable combination. I did not know you could select a spice level, I wish the server had told me. At least now YOU know.
