  • Terrible company. We went without heat for over a week in December. Problems with the house before we moved in were never fixed and when we asked about them, it was like they had no clue what we were taking about. We waited 7 months for a pool key before giving up completely. They are bullies and don't care who they hurt in the process. This is a big company that buys a lot of houses and has plenty of money to push people around. I would not recommend them to anyone. Nobody ever returns phone calls. We were given four different numbers and nobody would ever call back. If you can, avoid them!!!!
