  • I am excited to endorse Mr. Chris Monzo and Fletcher Jones Imports. After agreeing on the type of vehicle and the price I was willing to pay, Chris told me and my wife that he wanted to make this the best car buying experience of our lives. "Give me a little time and I'll find the vehicle you want and the price your willing to pay. Because the model is so much in demand, it may take a while, so please be patient." It took more than a week for him to find the car, as the dealership had none in stock, but he called to inform us that our name was on a vehicle unloaded at the Port of Los Angeles and would be available for pick up in the next few days. Absolutely true to his word, Mr. Monzo, delivered the vehicle on time at at the agreed on price. Thank you Chris for doing what you told us you would do. It was, indeed, the best car buying experience of our lives!
