  • I'm still feeling traumatized over the treatment by Melissa. A week later and I'm still processing how a doctor or nurse practitioner can be so cold, heartless and downright nasty to a patient in distress. She treated me so badly, then told the front desk to charge me anyway, when I got up and left the exam room almost in tears. She LITERALLY was one of the cruelest people I've encountered in my life. Definitely in my top 5. Horrible place!
