  • My update about AAA is proof that Yelp is the best place to post! After I wrote that I was dissatisfied with the treatment I received from AAA, I heard from Kelly, who told me there was miscommunication between AAA and the office, and he rectified the situation for me within 48 hours! Then I heard from Jeannie at the branch, who reassured me that the terrific team members were not being held accountable for the issues that were not their fault. I trust both of them are people of their words and that the lovely ladies at the front desk will not be reprimanded for giving me incorrect information about the reimbursement on a AAA battery. That said, I am happy to once again give a 5 star review to the AAA office on 7th Street and Glendale. I'm pleased that this office is in the neighborhood and I look forward to many more pleasant visits with AAA.
