When my coworkers suggested this place for lunch I was not excited, but I trust them and they frequent this place so I stuck with their recommendations just to be safe. Therefore the high rating only applies to the salad bar, seafood chowder, clam chowder, prime rib, fried shrimp and soft serve as that is all I really tried. The prime rib but it was a bit overcooked for my taste but it wasn't dry. The seafood chowder was surprisingly good, flavorful and chocked full of seafood and I would return just for that. The atmosphere reminded me of the Peppmermill with all the artificial flowers and it's definitely old Vegas as far as decor but at $11 for lunch it's a great deal if you're downtown.
