  • We did not have a good customer service experience. We went into the store on Sunday to look at bar stools. We found a style we liked and then called later to order 2 of them. Sam said he had 2 in store and would put them aside for us to pick up on Thursday . We do not live remotely close to this store. When we arrived to pick up, Sam scrambled to locate 2 stools and when he did, they were both missing parts and wobbly. We were not going to pay $60 a piece for wobbly stools that were missing screws! Drove all that way for nothing!!
