  • The hotel has been redone and it's a great looking hotel in a great location. The biggest problem was the lack of employees on site. The breakfast area only had 3 people working per shift and trash was EVERYWHERE. It was impossible to find a table without having someone else's dirty plates still on the table. I witnessed many groups sitting at a table with 5-10 dirty plates. Also, the free happy hour is a great idea. . but just having Coors light as a beer? Most people are from out of the state of Arizona. . it would be great to have a local beer on tap. The front desk employees were nice, but it was ALWAYS a 15 minute wait to be able to talk to someone. The hotel is in a great area and is pretty nice. . but PLEASE have more people working to take care of the guests.
