  • Free? Okay! So, I've gone back and forth through the years with Conrads. It's always the default place that AAA brings my car if I need repairs and, well...it is convenient. So I've had issues in the past, but if you ask me today, I like Conrads. That's the beauty of updated reviews, right? I had my car towed in and found out it just needed a super-charge (my battery charging was apparently not cutting it when I tried at home). I came in to pick up my card, credit card in hand and they gave me a $0 bill. No charge for time. No charge for charging the battery. They even replaced a headlight for free...no charge for that either! On top of that, the gentleman that works the front register the majority of the time is just the nicest guy. He just chats about "the darnedest things" and makes me leave the desk with a smile (even when I do have to pay a bill). So I've done a 1 star and a 5 star and a 4 star. Hopefully that evens things out to be about right. If you have a huge bill coming your way, feel free to get a second opinion, but I do think they're trying their best and are a great go-to spot for us city-dwellers.
