  • Horrible experience. Went in with my friend yesterday to get two pedicures. My friend had Cece and had great service. I cannot say the same thing. After sitting in chair for over 45 minutes waiting, granted they were busy and I did not have a problem waiting until my foot water was now freezing. My technician finally came and never even introduced herself. She rudely threw a towel over my lap, I had not realized that shorts were in appropriate attire for this location and then proceeded to get irritated with my previous pedicure was gel and now had to be filed off. I now have a scab on my left big toe, which was previously scarred, as she gouged at my feet with the pumice stone. The "massage" was more like rubbing lotion on my legs in a rush. She then proceeded to rush me to the cash register and still never gave me her name. She wore a face mask the whole time like I smelled or something and was very abrasive anytime I tried to speak to her. Very displeased with my service yesterday. Such a shame with it being the closest nail place to my house.
