  • I have to give 1 extra star for the customer service I received over the phone after a frustrating return process. But this location was supposed to follow up with a discount on my one way rental promised by the phone representative. NO ONE left a voicemail or had a missed call. The managers of this location clearly could care less about maintaining proper customer service, especially for a business account. Word of Advice: Renter beware, if you need anything from these guys, you will not be helped. Its better to know that to manage expectations.
