  • I always loved this hotel my family used to stay here when it first opened too I remember, now I work and live in Vegas and mom visited me so we decided to stay here for one night to gamble and hang out on the strip, I checked in earlier, we walked into our room, it was messy, beds weren't done, there were to go boxes from Denny's with food still in them, God knows what bottle in the bathroom with red liquid in it... I was shocked and called the front desk, the lady said I can come back to the registration and get the key for a different room, I said I have to leave right now for work.. And I don't want a stranger to walk in while my moms here by herself? They didn't do anything and I ran into a house keeper so I asked him if he could send someone to make up our room while we are gone because it's messy, he said he would and I came back after work and it's still dirty. Very disappointed and such an unpleasant experience it feels really bad to walk in and stay in a room that hasn't been cleaned ... Always loved this place like I said I don't know if I would ever recommend this place to anyone
