  • I wanted to leave a message thru there 800 number but no one picks up. Well I was making my way to Walmart to pick up 2items. Bananas and a couple 13lb bags of Purina gentle cat food. Well no 13lb bags of my cat food. I was quite upset. This had been the second Walmart I have encountered with the same problem. I will not use pick up if that's what you think your customers will do. Instead, I'm an amazon prime customer. They had it, for the same price. I ordered 3 13 lb bags of cat food. Get this it was delivered to my house in less then 2days. Epic fail Walmart! Better get your think tank together, you lost the ball.
