  • Have been waiting (so far) 4 hours for this company to show up to tow my car to the dealership. They were assigned through VW Roadside Assistance. Every time I call, there is another excuse for why they are not here. Luckily, I am not in the middle of a highway waiting for them to show up but this experience reflects poorly, not only on Rite Hook, but also on Volkswagen. I am the owner of one of those diesel vehicles being bought back by VW due to the company's dishonest disclosure of emissions. Was thinking I'd still buy another VW as the company is attempting to make things right, at considerable expense, with the affected customers. After this experience with VW service, however, I will never again buy a VW. I have wasted an entire afternoon waiting for my car to be towed to a dealer who will charge me a fortune to repair a car I'm going to be turning in (oh, I hope) very soon.
