  • I visited the apartment complex with my wife excited because of the way it looked on the outside and inside, but was I mistaken. First off my wife and I have 700+ credit scores with no evictions or issues with previous apartments. We filled out the application and was told that there was an eviction in 2014. I asked where it was from and the guy (I won't say a name) said he couldn't tell me. I asked if he could ask his manager and about 1 day later I was told that I had a judgement in 2010. I asked if I could get an adverse action letter and he said they do not do that. I was livid. I visited another property the next day and easily got approved. I believe I was being discriminated against and will be pursuing legal action.
