  • I am torn. I really wanted to like this place particularly because it is so close to my residence and work. I didn't catch my nail techs name, but she was one of the worst I have ever had. I requested a simple acrylic set, nothing extreme. She seemed bored sitting there filing away and must have been daydreaming because she was so rough on my nails I was wincing. She checked her phone once or twice and mostly didn't respond to anything I asked or mentioned when making small talk. When she was present in the conversation, she was incredibly short and unenthusiastic, seeming almost annoyed with anything other than her break coming up. I agree that it is nice that they do walk in's, they are very accommodating when it comes to time constraints. Giving her the benefit of the doubt, I would come back here again if there was an attitude improvement and I was assigned to another tech.
