  • I will give 2 stars for the selection they have and had just what we were looking for. We purchased a rustic tv console and matching coffee table. The first coffee table that was delivered had some things that needed touching up...no problem, they will send a technician out. The technician came, and looked at everything wrong with the table, and said that it would be too much to fix, and said they would replace it. Okay, cool. Our second table was delivered, and had marks on it that looked like drip stains from the varnish, as well as when I ran my hand along the edge, a piece was dangling from it, and fell off when I touched it. The delivery guys were right there when it happened and even said it looked like they tried to glue it on. They said they would have another one delivered, but warned us, this is a rustic piece, and will not be perfect. I said I understand that, but still expect for it not to have chips in it. They asked if we wanted them to leave the table until the next one is delivered or take it, I figured it would be easier to just take it. So they did. Now, the 3rd table was delivered. Upon delivery, the men delivering it, said it was odd the way it was wrapped, and odd the way that our table had already been loaded on their truck, as they are the ones to load their own merchandise. ironcially this table has the exact same piece of wood missing, the same exact stain marks in the same exact spots. Yet I am assured it's a completely different table per their serial numbers that a customer cannot verify. I was asked to send photos, which I did. They said that the delivery people from Friday only uploaded their photos of the table as a whole, not their photos they took of the damage. I was then told maybe rustic is not for us. I said our rustic tv stand is fine, but rustic does not mean having pieces missing and paint dripped. O was told that I can bring the table back myself and inspect the new one. I called their "corporate" office, who said she was looking at the photos i sent earlier to the other customer service rep, and funny that the photo with the piece of wood missing was not there. So I again sent it. While further looking at the table, we noted that the drawer wood is completely cracked in half....but I guess this is a part of their rustic pieces? In the end, don't expect good quality furniture and expect the customer service reps to talk to you like your an idiot.
