  • Not a bad place to grab some tools when you are in a pinch but cheap isn't always better. Most, if not everything, is made in China. It seems to me that the checkout lines have gotten worse. Last time I was in there, to get a tarp for leaf removal, I waited in line for 15 minutes because the persons' name wasn't coming up in the system, etc.... Huuuuuge pain in the ass. Then when I go to pay and the dude wants my number or whatever to look me up in the system I tell him no dude, I need to get this tarp and get these leaves out STAT as I was losing sunlight rapidly. He informs me and the many other displeased customers waiting to check out that they will get written up if they don't enter the persons' info. People that are doing projects don't have time for this nonsense. Either have plenty of lanes open for checkouts during peak seasons or get rid of keeping track of your customers purchases.
