When I arrived a middle aged woman greeted me but did not speak any English. I'm not sure how she got her US citizenship when you have to pass a basic English test. Unless of course she's an illegal immigrant. She got another middle aged woman to help who could barely speak English. Neither of them understood that I had a scheduled "appointment". For the next 12 minutes I was basically ignored while they got themselves sorted out. My appointment was for a 30 min foot massage in a "private" room. My private room had 2 beds - not exactly private.
The woman who "massaged" my feet and calves was NOT a Massage Therapist. She had no clue how to massage. Her idea of massage was "rubbing" my body. My dog could do a better job, seriously. Half way through the 'rub' I found myself getting more and more annoyed at this woman's complete lack of massage skills. She used one hand to rub my foot/calf and the other hand to cradle my foot which was totally useless.
I found it offensive that they have a sign at the desk stating they wanted "$10, $20 or more for tips". Well, here's a tip for them. Hire CERTIFIED, ENGLISH SPEAKING Massage Therapists!
