Rude staff and bad management!!! I gave one star because there is no zero star I can choose! I just had same experience like other reviews. I think I am not alone. Everyone is complaining about the services in that store. After I showed them the coupon book which gave me extra 10% on my entire purchase, there was a Chinese girl Jane came to us and refused to use the coupon. Before I said anything, she threw the coupon book back to me and wanted to take the bags away. What kind of attitude is that?! Do they ever train their sales person anything about customer services? I tried to point out there is no exclusion never ever mentioned on the coupon. Then she handed to the manager Amber and totally lied about the her attitude and the scornful look on her face. The manager didn't honor the discount, instead she blended on me about the bad services I was experience. No wonder they will treat customers like that. Because they are courages by the bad management. If anyone is looking for the worst services and disparaging crudest manner, visit Jane and Amber at the Kate Spade outlet store in Las Vegas. They will not disappoint you.
