Shout out to the manager Jay Hong for upgrading me even if I was a Priceline customer paying less than half the price. Very good service at check in despite computers being down.
Rooms are what is expected in the financial district. Small and chic. They could do more with the upkeep of the rooms tho. Lots of chipping and staining scattered throughout the place. Also, the sheets were pilling so no matter how comfortable the bed was I still couldn't sleep with how scratchy the sheets were.
Rooftop pool was small and shallow. Gym and steam room were very nice tho.
Definitely not a destination hotel but a good place to call it a night after exploring Toronto.
