  • First off, if you have ever had a massage before I would NEVER recommend ever going to a massage envy. Therapists are very pushy to sell packages before, during and after massage. I'm sorry but I don't need to be talked to the whole time throughout my massage. I'm there for a reason to relax and paying for a service. I called yesterday and asked for a therapist who did deep tissue so they booked me with a therapist they said is great at deep tissue because I asked a couple times to make sure, I arrive at the appointment and the massage therapist says that she only does medium pressure. Wth? Overall I could go on and on in disappointment but il save my breath. Bottom line If you want a great massage don't ever go to a massage envy because unfortunately it's just a sales catch and you won't get the results you deserve and the professionalism. I agree with dead's review. Very poor. Sorry.
