10/23/2013 - I do not know the reason why Kent Mortensen would overcharge a repeat customer, but he did that to me today. Maybe he used me to make up for another job that cost him more than he expected. I have used him in the past and have been very satisfied and that is why I called him for a small easy repair. He markets himself as a friend in the plumbing business. Until now I thought I had one. We are very close to his office. I wont go into details but I am still stunned how much he upcharged the parts and charged me the full $95 service call for a quick 15 minute job.
