| - I moved in May 17. It was an enjoyable transition. Front office was helpful. Service staff is timely. Great pool and gym. Yes it can get crowded, but I always seem to get a Cabana, which has a TV in it, sweet! Definitely enjoy everything around the location.
I don't like the parking lot. It is tiny and you get 1 parking space per unit. There is ample space in the back for parking if you have a 2nd car, but uncovered. If you live close to the street Lincoln or Scottsdale, it can be loud from the traffic, fire trucks and sports cars driving by. But if you don't sleep in and work late, that shouldn't be an issue.
The Staff is really trying to make it a luxury place, and it is. There are some parts of it which are lack-luster such as the dog park. I don't have a dog so I do not mind. I haven't noticed a ton of dog droppings, but if you look hard enough you could find it.
The complex shares the electric bill / water bill evenly. Extra $50.00 / month or so. Includes pest control yet I still get some bug bites after the heavy rains in monsoon season when I grill and hang by the pool.
Overall, 4 .5 / 5 and would recommend to people in the Scottsdale are due to location, price point and amenities.
