  • I came here on the recommendation of a friend. In town for a special work occasion and needed to freshen up after a long week of traveling. Everything started out ok. My manicurist was great, polite and checked in to make sure everything was looking great regularly. My pedicurist was rude from the get go and not helpful, but I settled in and relaxed anyway. 15 minutes in as she's carelessly using a cheese grater to remove calluses she catches the top of my foot taking off the end of my pinky toe!!! I wince in pain and as blood is running down my foot she quickly squirts blue liquid on it and sticks it in the water. This is actually more painful that having it out of the water and all i want is to have no one touch my foot and maybe a bandaid to stop the bleeding. The manger comes and apologizes and give me a second girl, Nikki, who is wonderful. I asked several times not to have anything done to that toe, as an open wound and tools and water basin just doesn't seem like a good equation. Nikki cleaned up the cut and put me at ease then finished up my pedicure... After being there for almost 2 HOURS I was ready to go and the manager said... We are giving you 20% off your pedicure, see you next time... SEE ME NEXT TIME!? No way am I coming back here... I should have had them stop immediately and told them I wasn't paying for any of the pedicure, but j felt bad because Nikki was so nice ... Beware... Mutilation and a rip/off.....
