  • This place has fair prices, but your experience at the salon is very dependent on who your technician is. I went with a friend and my friend received way better service and was even offered a bottle of water. I was not offered water, which is very awkward because I was right next to her... my friend also messed up one of her freshly painted nails, and her technician completely removed the polish and re-painted her nail for her. My technician messed my toe nail up while putting my slippers on and did not fix it. When I brought it to his attention, he simply painted a clear coat on top and I was annoyed every time I looked at my messed up nail for the next three weeks. Also, the past three times I've been here, I have gotten a cut while the technicians were trimming my cuticles. Some are apologetic, but others try to just act like it didn't happen and wipe with some cotton. This place used to be my go-to nail salon, but I've just had too many bad experiences. The good technicians are great, but the bad ones make you feel like a nuisance.
