  • Totally screwed up my entire cake! I designed a cake with one of their consultants or whomever an had something amazing drawn out. I was very specific. Woman acted like she understood and threw in her ideas as well. I come to pick up cake hours before the birthday and it was terrible whoever their design team is they need to go elsewhere...like Krispy Kreme....more their speed and skill level. The colors were wrong, the fondant pieces were wrong, just terrible. They're supposed to be the best in town....smh
