| - I'm not a crazy pet lady. By that I mean, I love my pets, but I don't treat them like my child. They are my dogs and I love them, but I don't need to freak out about every little hair out of place. I've been coming here mainly because it's close and I've never had any issues. They can usually fit me in because I'm not good about planning a grooming. My dogs seem happy when I drop them off and when I pick them up. I just get them shaved all over. and it's always been fine. This last time, one of my dogs seems to have something wrong with his eye. Accidents happen, but people don't always own up to it. What I appreciate is this....I called the manager, Drew. She was polite and helpful. She did not get snarky with me or give excuses. She looked in the file where there we no notes, but suggested that I take my dog to their vet and she will make a call to let them know I would be coming. She asked that I call and leave a message for her tonight, so she knows the status in the morning.. She advised that the store would pick up the tab. That's customer service! I'm so happy with her attitude and response that I felt the need to let everyone on yelp know. So often people only want to bash an establishment, but I wanted to applaud Drew.

to follow up-
We went to the vet, there was a scratch which they gave us drops and ointment for.
I called Drew back to give her an update. She was polite and concerned and advised they will also cover the follow up and to make sure to go get it checked after the treatment. Also, his next grooming is free of charge.
I totally understand accidents happen, but when a place owns up to it and does everything they can to make it right, that's 5 stars in my book.
