| - Me, and two of my other friends have been consistently coming here the past year and a half, every Friday because we were being provided with a decent service and great massages. However, as clientele must have picked up for the business, my friends and I, started to notice that, the front desk have gradually lacked providing good customer service. When we would book for our appts for a certain time, we would show up and then, they would ask us, if we can change our time for a lesser one. We understand that sometimes things happen, but out of courtesy, it would be nice, if they communicated better with their therapists and informed us of the changes before we come for our appts-- not the last minute when we are waiting for a while, when it's suppose to be an appt and then be told, we aren't being massaged for the time we requested and they had already agreed it was okay in the first place. There are also other issues like, certain therapists who have their tone on ring and talk on it for a while or answer their phone multiple times. Therapists who talk almost the whole time with each other and we don't know what is being said. Sometimes, they are too loud outside that are outside of your rooms. It is a place for relaxation, but there are no consideration of the ones being massaged and respect. I also, think that, if these therapist know they are exhausted and tired to massage, instead of continuing to proceed with a client or their massage with their client, then they should let the front desk know, if someone else can substitute for them. We understand these situations, so they should take actions so we don't have therapists who fall asleep on us. The staff at the front desk, also needs to be more friendly because how they speak and present themselves are not always professional and welcoming. The board that also provides the services and prices mentions, they have a two hour massage but, when we request for it, it's been said to us before that, they couldn't grant that. Then later on, they allowed it but whenever it was requested, it's as if, the staff at the front didn't like us requesting it. We have always been understanding and respectful to every staff and therapists there who worked with us and we've tipped good money but, the respect and service provided lacked or be inconsistent.
Tony, who I've had as my therapist, is great and always provides a decent amount of pressure. He is friendly and massage feels great. He's fell asleep a few times, but it's understandable as it's not consistent. Tom, who I've had in the beginning is great too, for those who want a more firm and strong pressure or just a moderate amount as Tony gives. However, you can always speak up and let whoever your therapist is, when you need them to adjust to your comfort.
Overall, these issues need to be addressed among these therapists and other staff members. Please work on these issues, so your loyal customers will continue to come or come back and refer others, and the place attracts more and doesn't lose customers. I think, it is beautiful and I love the space inside as it has many rooms, but needs to also be relaxing and peaceful as it looks; live up to its standards.
