  • i've never written a bad review in my life, but if this saves 1 person from wasting their time or $... 1st time unremarkable. this time charged me $15 for rescheduling (which i understood). then THEY rescheduled without offering $15 in return (for which i said nothing). 2nd day in a row they've cancelled within 30mins of the confirmed time. they refunded my $ but offered no apology or solution, leaving me hanging with time off from work (to be home) & a home that desperately needed cleaning post-haste. bad business as far as i'm concerned. deleting the app & extremely disappointed.
