rev:text	After my first hideous experience in the Fairmont bar the management of the Pittsburgh Fairmont sought me out to make amends. I just returned and had a nice drink in an upscale environment, attended by a professional, courteous staff. Unlike my first bartender, the staff on the night I returned was cordial, pleasant and unobtrusive. Now that's the Fairmont I was hoping for. A wonderful addition to a hopefully revitalized downtown.
