  • Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable, especially the woman at the front desk (Dee, I believe). My dogs cryptorchid neuter site had opened up, and there was a hole that I of course freaked out about since it was on his abdomen, not the sack. Could I have waited and taken him to my regular vet tomorrow? maybe. But seeing the hole and knowing it could get infected or something could get in it made me nervous, so I just went ahead and had it taken care of. The cost was of course extremely high, but that is to be expected at an emergency clinic.
