rev:text	I was referred by my brother in law who utilized this company a year ago. I called the 800 number I found online and spoke to a young lady on the phone. She found a unit (this location) with the requirements I needed (month to month, temp controlled, ground level, etc.) at a discount/end of the year deal. When I got a call from the agent at that location to confirm date/time to come in and sign the contract, it wasn't til then that I was informed I also had to pay an extra charge each month aside from the storage for insurance (which the initial rep failed to disclose to me; especially when I had asked if I need to worry about any additional or hidden fees). Anyways, I chalked it up as an "honest mistake" and came to sign up. Paid the admin fee and insurance for the 1st month. Wasn't supposed to move in until 3 days later. I contacted them on the 2nd day and explained last minute I found a buyer for all my furniture and no longer needed the storage. I asked if she could refund me my money back since I never moved in - even partial and the answer I got was, "No, we don't ever do refunds here, only pro-rating." which obviously did nothing for me. The facility was clean, the agent at the location was very friendly and knowledgeable. She explained everything thoroughly. She mentioned her and her husband live on site. I felt comfortable signing up, minus the few minor things I mentioned. If I need storage in the future, I'd definitely consider them.
