  • T-mobile is probably the worst god damn phone company ever. You NEVER know what the hell is going on with your account. I've been into multiple T-Mobiles and every time they all say something different. None of the reps know what they're talking about. Just a bunch of liars trying to sell you and lie to you. Go in yesterday they say I can't upgrade because I'm not on the JUMP program but when I go onto my account online thats exactly what I signed up for. Also, last month online it said I had 1 more more month before my phone is paid off.. now I have 7 more payments? How? Where the hell did these payments come from? They try to just screw you. Not worth the "advertisements". Only gave one star because I had too.
