  • I work in the area and we have tried to order multiple times and each time there is an issue. If I call 30 minutes or even 10 minutes before it's never ready when we get there and each time I have to wait 15 minutes to get my order. I have asked to make sure it's ready for pick up or will be ready within 5 minutes (confirm this about 3 times during the call) and every time I get there they haven't even started getting the order ready. I was late coming back to work 3 times at least and the 4th I just walked out because they have no concept of what a pick up order is. I refuse to go back to this location and my Co-workers all agree thank goodness an Osmos opened near us!
