I will start with the disclaimer that this review is taking into consideration we are eating sushi in Arizona. With that in mind I would give four starts because the sushi did taste quite fresh but it does not compare to homemade sushi from a Japanese aunt.
They have a pretty extensive list of sashimi available and also a bunch of rolls. I did the 3 type chef selection which comes with six pieces of sashimi randomly selected by the chef. I also had a side of sweet potatoes which were grilled with teriyaki sauce and two oysters. They have a good sake and shochu list as well.
What you are really paying for here is the presentation and ambiance. The food in my opinion is way over priced but still of good quality.
