Every time I go in to bell ford I have issues with asking for service. Oil change and they threw out all the plastics under my truck the first oil change. One time after I left they had a quarter glued to the ground to laugh at people trying to pick it up. Had a recall on my truck for latches and now my driver side passenger door doesn't lock or unlock. I called in 3 days in advance to make an apt. For oil change and told an advisor my radiator fans are running high when it's hot and ac is on. First year ever happening, without saying my vehicle he tells me is it a F150. He put me on hold for 15 min, called back again and a different advisor told me that it's normal for the fans to be on high. Have 34,000 and trying to get this addressed before the warranty runs out on a 40,000 doallar truck. They say there to busy to address my issue in a entire day and if my warranty expires they will not fix. All they care about is selling you the truck. As for service and keeping your new truck, good luck. Kind of embarrassing but I did take my truck to Nissan next door, service is great and they wash your truck. My 2016 f150 is a good truck but service department doesn't do much after you buy it.
