  • I'd just like to update my review and say that they are now trying to charge me $1200 in move out fees. Let me just start by saying that I lived in the complex for two years, I am a single female and only had one roommate for a duration of 6 months (the first 6 months I lived there). No pets, no children. I'm a full time student who also works full time so I have little to no time to have people over. I did minimal damage to the apartment (much was from the previous tenant who was horrible- this is evident in everything they needed to replace before I moved in) and they are charging me to essentially upgrade the whole unit. They take advantage of good tenants who have never caused trouble or been late on payment. They knew this was my first apartment and that I didn't know what to note during the initial walk through so they've essentially tried to screw me over this way. I'll be getting my attorney involved and raising a little hell before they get me to pay $1200 worth of damage. Disgusting people. I'd also love to post the photos of when sewage backed up into all of my sinks as well as when my lovely neighbors left a trail of blood on the common use pathway leading to a broken window due to a domestic fight.
