I'm not an Alice Cooper fan, but was brought to Alice cooper'stown by a group of coworkers. We were greeted by a host who was definitely dressed the part, as were all the waitresses. The restaurant is fairly dark and dingy inside despite the lovely Phoenix sun that could be shining in from the outdoors.
The service was really slow, and it took a long time between when we ordered and when the food arrived. I chose the fish tacos, and the fish was overly deep fried, and tasted a but like everything that had been in the fryer. I didn't really enjoy them at all.
A few people at my table got the brisket, and comments were made about how dry it was, and how it lacked flavour that should be expected of brisket.
Is restaurant seems like it is really gimmicky, however, I'm sure Alice Cooper fans probably appreciate it!
