  • Very nice salon, very clean, very easy to find in Chinook, and reasonably priced for what you are paying for. Front end staff are nice, helpful, and professional. Sometimes can be a little disorganized with communication between front end staff and aestheticians, resulting in longer waits than necessary, but it's nothing that would prevent me from returning. They carry a large selection of beauty products and give good advice as well. I've had three different aestheticians here - 2 were excellent and the third did a very poor job on my brows (and had very poor manners and no social skills) however the front desk receptionist apologized profusely and gave me a card for a free brow wax to make up for it. Really my only complaint is that whoever answers the phone there has a very high-pitched voice and speaks very fast, and you can hear all the mall noise in the background, making it very difficult to communicate at times. I do have a mild hearing loss so I am perhaps more sensitive than others.
