  • I wanted to update my previous review. The scratches didn't buff out on their own off our tile. I consulted with Arizona Tile and a few contractors who made it seem like the project was going to be very costly and a huge process requiring us to leave the home for 3 days and use toxic chemicals. Shawn investigated and it was determined there was an error with the cleaning equipment and how it was done. He assured me he would take care of it and no need to relocate the family for three days. Not only did he stay on top of it. He hired another natural stone floor specialist to completely refinish my entire home at his expense, of course. The work was finished in two days and no toxic fumes. Today, the floor looks brand new! It is such a great feeling to see a local small business really take care of their customers. A relief and refreshing!!! I'll try to post photos.
