  • This is by far the best steak house for service and price in Las Vegas! The calamari is the best I've ever had...and I've had lots! The cherry peppers are a perfect combo and always perfectly cooked. Even those who do not like calarmari always say it's great! If you're going to a steak house, you have to order a steak--all are great. Sides are amazing. If you like coconuts, the there's a fantastic dessert. Great wine selection. If you don't find just the perfect wine, ask for the captain's menu. Service is always second to none. My fav server (John D) is gone :( but easily replaced with a few other alternates--Jimmy (handle bar moustache) and a newbie for me--Marc. They are all very friendly, fun and quite attentive. If everything doesn't come out just perfect, they ensure satisfaction. There are many great things about this place and one of them, for sure, is consistency! I always make this Capital Grille my choice whether entertaining for work or pleasure!
